We are showing Seth Macfarlane’s Ted this Saturday May 18, 2013 at Los Angeles Trade Tech College (400 W Washington Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90015) in a drive-in setting with stunning views of the Downtown LA skyline, as the backdrop with the Santa Monica & San Gabriel Mountains, the Hollywood Sign and Griffith Observatory rounding out the amazing views. Our Downtown LA drive in promises to be a fun night, complete with lots of Ted movie swag giveaways courtesy of Universal Pictures, live music presented by Origami Vinyl with alternative/pop band Montë Mar and folk/pop duo The Ultimate Bearhug. Snackage will be provided by some of the best food trucks in town:
Baby’s Badass Burgers: These chicks know how to stack a good burger. With offerings like the Cougar (aged beef, St. Andre cheese, black truffles), the Mamacita (pepper jack, guacamole, tomato, grilled onions, jalapenos), and The Bombshell (half pound burger between two grilled cheese sandwiches, topped with onions), there’s nothing not to love.
Rosabella Cucina: With classic Italian sandwiches and desserts like cannoli and tiramisu, this Italian food truck will be hard to resist.
Buttermilk Truck: Offering homemade breakfast items like buttermilk biscuits, donuts, chicken and waffles and their signature red velvet pancakes.
Coolhaus: Coolhaus offers an awesome selection of cookies, ice cream, and our exclusive Eat|See|Hear flavor, bourbon butterscotch ice cream inside of two peanut butter crunch cookies!
Brasil Kiss: Get your caffeine on. Brasil Kiss serves direct-trade Intelligentsia coffee, organic tea, yerba mate energy drinks, and Brazilian street food.
We hope to see you at Los Angeles Trade Tech College on the 18th. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., the band plays at 7, p.m., and the movie starts at 8:30 p.m. Get tickets here!
